Delete your account

You can delete your Slide account yourself, from inside the app, at any time:

1. Open Slide and go to your Profile tab.
2. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account at the bottom.
4. Review the summary of what will be removed, then confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Email ro@useslideapp.com from the email address on your Slide account with the subject “Delete my Slide account”. We will verify the request belongs to you and complete the deletion, normally within 30 days.

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile (name, username, email, phone number, and photo), your contacts and follows, your saved receipts, and your sign-in credentials. Any outstanding payment requests you sent or owe are cancelled.

Payment history that other people have with you stays in their records, the same way a bank statement keeps a line for a past transaction, but it shows as coming from a deleted account rather than from you. Where the law requires it, we may retain limited transaction records for compliance purposes.
